There is a method to our madness.
Coffeehouse or tearoom. Zoom room or boardroom. Kitchen table, auditorium or on-site. By email or voicemail - you can expect our first meetings to be all about getting to know you, why you’ve reached out to us and the present status of your brand and image, so we can transform your vision into sound advice with an authentic thread of words.
Initial meetings will include subjects like product goals, branding or strategy - it’s all in a purposeful effort to establish a clear objective, an individual tone of voice and a strong storyline.
Finding a brand voice, or use of language, is more difficult than it sounds. It’s more of a path of discovery than a straightforward A to B discussion, so it’s not just ‘a quick coffee and I’m-off’ meet and greet.
And it doesn’t matter what stage you are in your communications, we will create from scratch, revise, rewrite, sharpen, edit or follow a well trodden, 50 year old path (if it’s working for you).
Summing up: After the first meeting (or two) we will give you a brief that outlines your project expectations, establishes our fee(s), agree payment terms and time frames (we’ve never missed a deadline).
Once the brief has been agreed and the project has a clear path forward, we put our thinking caps on, then pens to paper.
For best results, the more input from you, the better the outcome.
